Welcome to "Can't Live With 'Em, Can't Shoot 'Em," a blog by The Boss IN Hell (as opposed to the Boss FROM Hell, who probably wouldn't blog).

This blog exists for only two reasons: to keep me from killing some people and to keep me from killing myself.

Here's the deal: I nominally supervise a group of chronic underachievers. However, because MY supervisor is the one who can actually hire and fire, I can do nothing about the underachieving. And my supervisor WILL do nothing because he hates conflict and avoids it at all costs.
